I’ve officially had my last day of the job I’ve had for 4 years. It was bittersweet – wanting to stay, being excited about the future, nervous about what’s next. It was a very different send off than the job before this, but rightfully so. It felt more intentional all around and for that I’m thankful. I just thought I’d share some of the lovely things that my coworkers said –
“It has been fun working with you. Thanks for all you have done to help our company achieve our mission! I wish you the best of luck on your new journey/adventure. Have fun & enjoy the journey!”
“…my heart is full of gratitude and best wishes for you. It has been a pleasure and a joy to know you better over the years. You are smart, generous, whimsical, festive, compassionate, and creative. I look forward to hearing about this next stage and journeying.”
“You are adventurous, bold, and fun. You’re going to have so much fun travelling around with LuLu. I look forward to following along with you.”
“I hope your travels in LuLu take you to amazing places. I plan to travel with you through your pics, so post lots…I will miss seeing you at the office, but I am excited for you to begin this new chapter. I hope its all you want and more.”
“Thank you for being such a good friend. I always liked being around you. I hope you really enjoy your new job and your time on the road.”
And that’s not all of them. I think I’m going to sew this card into my atlas so I can enjoy this any time I need a pick me up. With each note, it is a reminder of the impact you’ve had on another. Whether its being “spunky” or a source for laughs and every single we’ll miss you.
